Assistant Manager - Operations

WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Ready to take the next step in your construction career? Element Construction is looking for an organized, motivated Assistant Construction Manager to support daily operations and help keep our crews, fleet, and projects running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and dispatch crews to job sites. Manage our fleet, including scheduling maintenance and coordinating vehicle and equipment needs. Support project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. Assist with estimating and project administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous landscaping and/or construction experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy work environment.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary education in construction management, business, or a related field. Previous estimating experience.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
