Assistant Manager - Operations FEC

LuLu Bengaluru is looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager with a strong background in FEC, Indoor Game Zones, Amusement Parks, or large-format entertainment chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily entertainment facility operations.
• Lead and supervise frontline & operations teams.
• Ensure smooth functioning of games, rides, attractions and customer areas.
• Monitor sales, revenue, footfall, memberships and operational KPIs.
• Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards, SOPs and compliance are followed.
• Handle customer experience, complaints and service quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, housekeeping and support teams.
• Manage staffing, shift planning and workforce productivity.
• Support events, promotions and new entertainment initiatives.

Ideal candidates: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and operational management skills with hands-on experience in the entertainment & leisure industry.

Preferred Background

Candidates from leading FECs, indoor gaming centres, amusement parks, theme parks, bowling & entertainment centres, trampoline parks, or large entertainment chains are highly preferred.

Candidates who have handled large-format entertainment facilities with high footfall and large operational teams will be given strong preference.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
