About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for our BOLA IoT Device business — from order planning and material coordination to dispatch, installation, and customer collections. The role requires close coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order closure and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Order Planning & Execution

• Plan and track orders from receipt to closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and translate customer requirements into actionable production and dispatch plans
• Monitor order status end-to-end and proactively flag delays or gaps

Hardware & Material Planning

• Plan hardware and material requirements in line with order volumes and schedules
• Coordinate with stores/procurement to ensure timely availability of components and materials
• Avoid production or dispatch delays due to material shortages

Dispatch & Order Closing

• Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to meet committed delivery timelines
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for dispatch
• Track orders through to final closure and resolve any pending issues before closing

Customer Coordination & Site Visits

• Act as the key point of contact for customers on order status, requirements, and installation needs
• Coordinate and conduct customer site visits for device installation and support
• Ensure installations are completed as per customer requirements and timelines

AMC & Customer Collections

• Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) collection and renewals
• Coordinate customer payment collections and follow up on outstanding dues
• Maintain accurate records of AMC and collection status

Reporting

• Prepare and share regular reports on order status, dispatch, installations, AMC, and collections
• Maintain MIS/trackers for orders, customer coordination, and pending actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related field
• 4+ years of experience in operations, order management, or customer coordination, preferably in an IoT/hardware/manufacturing environment
• Strong coordination skills across production, dispatch, and customer-facing functions
• Willingness to travel for customer site visits and installations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
