What you’ll do

• Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences, from warm welcomes to the little extras
• Take pride in your venue, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Coach and encourage your team so people feel valued, build confidence and thrive
• Complete cash handling, reconciliation and daily reporting accurately
• Take responsibility as Manager on Duty, including opening, closing and shift decisions
• Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards

What we’re looking for

• A supervisor ready to step up or an experienced manager ready for their next career move
• A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career
• A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
• Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
• Availability across opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSG and CLO, with RMLV and Approved Manager licence highly regarded, or willingness to obtain
