Assistant Manager - Outlet

Organization- Andaz Pattaya, Jomtien Summary Scope and general Purpose of Job To ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Assistant Manager will also be responsible to maintain a strong professional relationship with all levels of associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development, and be a leader who leads by example ensuring that associates uphold the brand cultures and values which result in enhancing guest’s experience.

Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Thai Citizens.

3-5 years’experience working in luxary hotel

Positive outlook & team player with good communication.

Focused on quality and consistency with keen eye for detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.

Proactive work style.
