Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management.
• Monitor budgeting processes, analyzing sales data to optimize store performance.
• Develop training programs for new employees to enhance their skills in customer service and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular price checks and market analysis to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to supervise teams effectively while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is advantageous.
