Assistant Manager, Partnership

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage the launch of new payment products, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs effectively.
• Support and coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns with payment schemes and partners to drive customer adoption and usage through merchants and sales channels.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, preparing regular reports and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of payment products, including operational support and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the immediate superior.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, administration or a related area.
• Strong understanding of payment business dynamics, market trends and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and administrative skills  with strong attention to detail.
• A fun, energetic and positive team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• People-oriented, hardworking and committed to delivering results.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to continuously develop new skills and knowledge.
• Highly self-motivated, driven and passionate about achieving goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and business development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Working Location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur & KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
