Role Purpose

To lead the transformation of Pathshala and drive
organization-wide capability development, technical learning, culture building
and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop
  and implement the roadmap for Uno Minda Pathshala and the overall
  learning capability development strategy.

• Drive
  organization-wide initiatives on Uno Minda Way, MCM, Kaizen, Lean/TPS
  and continuous improvement.

• Identify
  critical skill gaps and develop competency-building programs, technical
  training and e-learning solutions.

• Build
  a strong network of internal trainers, facilitators and subject matter
  experts.

• Drive
  effective utilization and development of DOJO/learning centers and
  training infrastructure.

• Monitor
  training effectiveness, competency development, learning analytics and
  MIS.

• Strengthen
  Gemba connect, 5S audits and shop-floor capability development.

• Benchmark
  industry best practices and introduce innovative learning and
  capability-building interventions.

• Support
  businesses in preparing for external awards, assessments and
  recognitions.

• Lead,
  coach and develop the Pathshala team.

Education Experience

• B.Tech.,
  preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

• 7+
  years of relevant experience in Learning Development, Technical
  Training, Manufacturing Excellence, Capability Development or related
  functions.

• Lean
  / Six Sigma / TPS certification preferred.

• Experience
  in the automotive/manufacturing sector preferred.
