Assistant Manager- Payroll

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory compliances, and tax deductions.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to payroll management.
• Collaborate with HR team to resolve employee queries and concerns regarding payroll matters.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Payroll Management or a related field (BPO/Call Centre).
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
• Strong understanding of Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
