Assistant Manager, Performance & Incentive Analyst

Responsibilities / Scope of work:

• Responsible for Management By Objectives (MBO), commission & incentive operation management for Thailand office and Overseas Branch office.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization with Executives and various Management levels across the company to consolidate and update MBO, Commission & Incentive scheme
• Manage and review all accrual processes and entries for MBO achievement, as well as prepare quarterly and half-yearly reconciliations for all accounts managed by business units with accuracy and timeliness in line with the company payout period.
• Implement effective verification and controlling process to ensure integrity of MBO achievement calculation
• Review and report on Business / sales performance progress against business targets
• Provide prompt advice to all related parties in area of MBO, commission & incentive inquiries and concerns
• Consolidate business units / externals report completely for calculating MBO
• Perform other ad-hoc Financial / Business Analysis as business requirement as supervisor assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, major in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Human Resources preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience. Broad and deep understanding of compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, market analysis, and job evaluation.
• Exceptional analytical skills, expertise in Excel, working with large data sets, and understanding of HCM systems.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and analyzing cost impacts of compensation decisions.
• Experience in effectively planning and managing projects, driving progress, overcoming obstacles, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cultivate strong partnerships with leaders and colleagues.
• Proactive and responsive, with a service-oriented mindset.

• Strong business acumen, with analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact the enterprise
