Assistant Manager - Planning

Purpose/Objective

To ensure effective production planning, scheduling, inventory control and coordination across functions for achieving production targets, on-time delivery and optimum resource utilization in the Copper Tube Plant.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer demand and capacity Monitor execution of production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery commitments Coordinate raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory planning Optimize machine utilization and production resources Track order fulfilment and coordinate with SCM, Production and Sales teams Prepare production MIS, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
