Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our market share in North India

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research and outreach

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business decisions

• Foster strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals

• Provide technical support and excellent customer service to clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and achieve company objectives

Requirements:

• Diploma/BE in Polymers

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing or related field

• Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets

• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
