About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join the resort’s Pool Services team.

T he primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Assist in overseeing daily pool operations, including lifeguard and pool attendant scheduling, guest services, and cleanliness.
• Monitor water quality and coordinate with engineering for maintenance and repairs.
• Support the Aquatics Manager in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of pool supplies and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Ensure poolside amenities (towels, cabanas, loungers) are well-maintained and presented.
• Assist in organizing poolside events and special services.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of water testing, incident reports, and staff certifications.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pool or recreation operations, with supervisory experience.
• Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certification required; Pool Operator Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and water safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
