What they need
Part Planner – Machine Shop
Perform capacity analysis for every resources against the monthly production plan.
Identify capacity bottlenecks and initiate mitigation actions.
Monitor and control WIP inventory by scheduling the production against the monthly production plan.
Ensure production order are released 3 days prior to the planned date of production.
Ensure 3 days production plan is available for every resources.
Liaise with ERP admin with queries related to ERP operation and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor Production order ageing and ensure that no production order is open more than 7 days
Ensure completion of production as per the production plan.
Raw material requirement to be prepared and followed with SCM
Machine shop capacity plan to be prepared
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
