Assistant Manager – Process Engineering & Scaleup

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute process engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Develop and implement process improvements through root cause analysis, scale up, and technology transfer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and safety enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during commissioning, start-up, and operation of new processes.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as a Process Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of PFDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), data validation techniques, and CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) principles.
• Experience in process optimization using tools such as Six Sigma methodologies or statistical modeling software.
