Assistant Manager, Process Engineering

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: Introduce, implement and preserve technological relevancy and production efficiency of the plant.
• Key Accountabilities: Improve manufacturing process towards industrial 4.0.
• Process development (APQP Chapter 3), lead kaizen/improvement activity projects (IAP), supervising manufacturing processes compliance to standard.
• Process design and flow. Production layout. To have the leanest production flow base on available space and utilities provided.
• Tools configuration. Tools configuration and setup to achieve target as determine by customer internal and external.
• Yamazumi, Tact Time and Process Time. Process time study to determine process effectiveness and base for further improvement activities.
• Process improvement and optimization. To evaluate current process for any possible further improvement and value-added optimization.
• Fostering innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing machines and processes.
• Build and maintain high-performance teams in line with organizational goals.
• Additional duties may assign from time to time by the Head of Department.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred (Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing)
• Professional Experience:
• Assistance Manager: Preferable 5 years of experience in managing and supporting investment projects in manufacturing industry
• Executive: Preferable 2-3 years of experience in managing and supporting investment projects in manufacturing industry. Fresh Grad encourage to apply.
• Strong engineering background, excellent knowledge of IATF 16949 standard, updated with latest engineering/operational technology
