• To follow laid down operational SOPs [Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO] &personnel policies& procedures

• Follow up with all the shortage/excess case on daily basis and also update mass updating in system accordingly

• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

• Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory control and customer service, to address fulfillment issues.

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize operating costs.

• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

• Ensure to give proper briefing to subordinates/staffs about the all exceptions for avoid in future

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Monitor SLA & Deliveries of Enterprise sales to ensure timely delivery.

• Optimize warehousing and delivery/ transportation cost.
