Assistant Manager-Production

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Asst Manager- Production with hands-on experience in sauces, pickles and jams manufacturing. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring consistent quality, and managing shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production of pickles and jams
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and batch output
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards on the production floor
• Manage and guide production workers
• Monitor raw material usage and maintain basic production records
• Coordinate with procurement and quality teams
• Identify and resolve production-related issues

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in pickles and/or jams production (mandatory)
• Ability to manage shop-floor operations and workers.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to coordinate and work with different teams and departments.
• Good communication and team handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Information

• Candidates with strong FMCG experience will be preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience into FMCG Production role.

Additional Requirement

• Immediate joining preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
