Manpower development

• To train all the operators about the machines,5S & Safety in his shift.

Cost To monitor and review Manpower Productivity sq meter produce/person/month

• To Run the machine at defined Cycle time in his shift.b) To increase machine availability rate in his shift.c) To eliminate Rework generation in process in his shift.
• Ensuring safe operating practices are deployed as per SOPs in own area of operation in his shiftb) To provide awareness among employe for safety on shop floor in his shift.
