Assistant Manager (Production Engineer)

About the role

Lead Production Engineering and project management activities. Manage and support technicians and engineers, including goal setting, communication, and performance follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Production Engineering and project management activities
• Manage and support technicians and engineers, including goal setting, communication, and performance follow-up
• Ensure engineering procedures, documents, BOM, ECN, and material specifications are properly controlled
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to clarify project scope and requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and environmental standards
• Assess risks and responsibilities within the assigned area and arrange training as needed

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or a related field
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949
• Proficient in production processes, NPI, SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA, and basic test/machine operations
• Good understanding of cybersecurity awareness

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• รับผิดชอบและเป็นผู้นำด้านวิศวกรรมการผลิต (Production Engineering) รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการโครงการ
• บริหารและสนับสนุนทีมช่างเทคนิคและวิศวกร รวมถึงการกำหนดเป้าหมาย การสื่อสาร และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมให้กระบวนการทางวิศวกรรม เอกสาร BOM, ECN และข้อกำหนดด้านวัสดุ มีการจัดทำและควบคุมอย่างถูกต้อง
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและลูกค้า เพื่อชี้แจงและทำความเข้าใจขอบเขตของโครงการ รวมถึงข้อกำหนดต่าง ๆ
• ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท มาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ และมาตรฐานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงและความรับผิดชอบในพื้นที่หรือส่วนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็นตามความเหมาะสม

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7–10 ปี โดยพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษสำหรับผู้มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• มีทักษะด้านการบริหารโครงการและความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ IATF 16949
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านกระบวนการผลิต, NPI, SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA รวมถึงมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการทดสอบและการใช้งานเครื่องจักร
• มีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการตระหนักรู้และการรักษาความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ (Cybersecurity Awareness)
