Assistant Manager- Project Finance

Major Areas of Responsibility

➢ Making the Project Brief in consultation with developers as per formats

➢ Understanding and preparation of the project details as per bank formats

➢ Handholding the developer for the documentation.

➢ Co-ordinating with bank officials and agencies for the reports.

➢ Completion of post-disbursement formalities and handholding customers in subsequent compliances and disbursement.

➢ Handholding the customers for sanction and disbursements

Job Requirements

• Proficient in written English and cash flow preparation
• Job involves travelling to clients office across Mumbai

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
