Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior fit outs with strong expertise in project execution, planning, billing, quantity surveying, contractor coordination, and commercial project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Interior fit-outs project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, timelines, and site progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review BOQs, billing, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
• Verify contractor bills, PRW bills, and client billing documentation.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
• Prepare project MIS reports, progress reports, and documentation.
• Handle project coordination for Civil, Interior & MEP activities.
