Assistant Manager - Project Planner

Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support CAPEX project planning and execution across the IMEA region.

Base Location: Pune (Plant)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Track project progress against planned timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, highlighting risks, delays and action plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, quality, safety and other project stakeholders.
• Support project review meetings, maintain action trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in identifying schedule gaps, dependencies and potential recovery measures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project planning, reporting and coordination processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 4 –6 years of experience in project planning, project coordination, project controls, engineering or construction.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Production, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP) ; Primavera knowledge is an added advantage
• Exposure to CAPEX projects in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, infrastructure or construction environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and interest in building a long-term career in project management.
