Assistant Manager - Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Support the management in terms of project Timelines , Risk management and Resourcing.
• Post order / Project Planning and Documentation.
• Resolving client's queries on their order.
• Manage budgets and develop budget reports on a monthly basis
• Coordinate, prepare and manage meetings with cross-functional teams
• Should be Excel in Materials follow-up from vendors & sub-contractors, Materials movements in shopfloor, coordinating with shopfloor and related departments.
• Responsible for timely deliveries to customer.
• Preparing MIS reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Knowledge in fabrication drawings study.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education - Diploma / Degree in mechanical or Production engineering
• Experience 10-12 years in Order management in shopfloor especially in heavy fabrication industry.
• Knowledge in ASME / U Stamp procedures
• Excell in time-management skills and using project management tools
• Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality communications
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to address issues in a professional and timely manner
