What they need
- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, M&R items, chemicals, QA tools, and other operational requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and track order execution through ERP.
- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward material movement and inventory records.
- Monitor stock ageing, expiry, wastage, and inventory losses.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Operations for timely material availability.
- Maintain purchase and inventory transactions in ERP and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with purchase, inventory, and company SOPs.
