Assistant Manager Purchase

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical costing and estimation of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Sourcing for SPMs, welding fixtures, tooling, conveyors, and automation systems.
• Vendor identification, RFQ generation, quotation evaluation and negotiation.
• Preparation of techno-commercial comparison statements.
• PO preparation and release through Tally and ERP systems.
• Verification of GST, HSN codes, delivery terms and payment terms.
• Coordination with Design, Engineering, Fabrication and Assembly teams.
• Monitoring supplier deliveries and project-critical material requirements.
• Ensuring supplier quality and compliance with applicable standards. Required Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in technical procurement/costing.
• Experience in automation, automotive tooling, SPM or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, BOM, GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with VMC/CNC, laser cutting, welding, heat treatment and surface finishing.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, linear guides, ball screws, gearboxes and automation components.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
