Assistant Manager Purchase

• Supplier management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices, quality, and delivery times.
• Order and delivery: Manage purchase orders, track delivery progress, and ensure materials arrive on time to meet production schedules.
• Inventory control: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and prevent stockouts.
• Cost management: Analyze spending patterns, conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities, and help implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, invoices, and supplier communications.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and forecast demand.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
