Assistant Manager – Purchase

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Purchase to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, cost optimization, and timely availability of materials. Candidates with experience in the FMCG or food industry and hands-on knowledge of SAP are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of bakery ingredients, raw materials, and packaging materials.

Identify and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and cost optimization.

Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.

Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material availability.

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Maintain appropriate procurement records and documentation in SAP.

Requirements:

5–6 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

Experience in FMCG, food, bakery, or related manufacturing industry is preferred.

SAP knowledge is mandatory.

Strong vendor negotiation and procurement coordination skills.

Good understanding of raw material and packaging procurement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
