Vertical Responsibilities:

• Ensure capacity availability at suppliers for casting parts.

• Costing, Price calculation, Cost reductions & negotiations with suppliers

• Knowledge of casting/painting/machining process

• Forecasting of production/SPD requirement as per business plan for building capacity

• Handling of internal cost audits & self-audits

• Knowledge of basic quality requirement for casting & machining

Horizontal Responsibilities:

Competency Requirements:

Technical/ Functional:

• Knowledge of various costing process

• Should have basic knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machining

• Should have knowledge of TPM & 16 basic losses

• Should have knowledge of procurement of cutting tools for different sources to optimize the cost.

• Basic understanding of Aluminum & ferrous casting process

• Basic understanding of surface treatment processes (powder coating & paint
