- วางแผนกลยุทธ์และบริหารงานจัดซื้อ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุตามภารกิจและเป้าหมายขององค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประสิทธิผล และคุ้มค่ามากที่สุด
- บริหารงาน กำกับ และดูแลการปฏิบัติงานด้านงานจัดซื้อ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมมีประสิทธิภาพ ตรงตามมาตรฐาน และบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
- วินิจฉัยและสั่งการเรื่องที่มีขอบเขตผลกระทบในวงกว้าง หรือมีความซับซ้อนของประเด็นปัญหา ซึ่งต้องพิจารณาอนุมัติและอนุญาตการดำเนินการต่างๆ ตามภารกิจที่แผนกจัดซื้อรับผิดชอบ
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานจัดซื้อและจัดจ้างในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ เช่น GHP HACCP ISO9001 , ISO14001
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิต และมีความรู้ทางด้าน Supply Chain
- มีความรู้และทักษะในการบริหารงาน เพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ตามเป้าหมาย
- มีทักษะในการคำนวณ มีความคิดเป็นระบบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานผลิตอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
