What they need
Company Details / Industry: Our client is a diversified industrial group with operations in the manufacturing and beverage industry, committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
Job Profile: -
- Handle blend preparation and support New Product Development (NPD).
- Maintain detailed QC documentation and ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and industry standards.
- Perform sensory evaluations to maintain flavour profiles and consistency.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor and improve manufacturing practices.
- Hands-on experience in lab testing, blend preparation, sensory evaluation, and NPD.
- Specific experience with alcoholic beverages (spirits) is essential.
Desired Candidate: -
- Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in Quality control and Blending within the distillery or beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience working with alcoholic beverages, particularly spirits.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, lab testing, Documentation, and blending.
