Assistant Manager (QS)

Responsibilities:

• Provide contract administration for pre and post contract;
• Perform budget control, cost planning, payment, variations, claims, final accounts and detailed cost analysis;
• Prepare tenders, contracts and subcontract document;
• Liaise with consultants and contractors;
• Prepare internal reports and provide recommendation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in construction industry;

• Experience with property developer(s) and/or consulting firm is an advantage;

• Proven experience in sizable residential / commercial projects is highly preferred;

• Recognized professional qualification of HKIS / RICS or equivalent;

• Highly proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English;

• Good communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects;

• High sense of discretion, integrity and critical thinking;

• Able to work independently and under pressure;

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
