What they need
Job Description -For OEM -Zahirabad Location
- Handle vehicle field failures related to Body, Chassis, Suspension, and Control Cables
- Coordinate with Service Team and Dealers for complaint resolution and field upgrades
- Perform root cause analysis using 8D, Why-Why, Fishbone, CAPA
- Monitor warranty and field quality KPIs and prepare MIS reports
- Drive corrective actions with Cross Functional Teams (CFT)
- Support new model quality activities, DFMEA, DVP, and lesson learned deployment
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, Power BI/QlikView, GD&T, SC/CC, and CATIA/CAD is preferred
