Job Description:

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve QMS in compliance with:

ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain IMS documentation, procedures, policies, SOPs, manuals, and records.
• Drive process standardization and risk-based thinking across departments.

Audit & Compliance Management

• Plan and conduct internal audits for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety systems.
• Coordinate external certification, surveillance, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Monitor closure of audit observations, non-conformities, and CAPA activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal registers and applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Sustainability & ESG Initiatives

• Support the COO in developing & deploying of Sustainability and ESG frameworks.
• Monitor ESG performance indicators and prepare ESG reports.
• Drive sustainability initiatives related to Energy conservation, Carbon footprint reduction, Waste management, Water conservation, Circular economy practices
• Support ESG assessments, customer sustainability audits, and reporting requirements.

Risk Management & Continual Improvement

• Conduct risk assessments and opportunity analysis for business processes.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, FMEA, and risk mitigation projects.
• Lead, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Support implementation of safe work practices and occupational health programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE records and monitor environmental aspects and impacts.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and workplace inspections.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain document control systems and ensure periodic review of documents.
• Prepare management review reports and presentations.
• Generate monthly dashboards related to quality, safety, environment, sustainability, and ESG performance.
• Track objectives, targets, and action plans.

Training & Employee Awareness

• Conduct ISO, HSE, Sustainability, and ESG awareness programs.
• Develop employee QMS/ESG related training plan & set it executed.
• Promote quality, safety, environmental, and sustainability culture across the organization.
