Assistant Manager-R2R (Immediate Joiners)

• Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes
• Strong exposure to Reconciliations
• Hands-on experience with Journal Entries and Accruals
• Insurance / Reinsurance accounting background preferred
  Intercompany reconciliations including foreign currency translations
• Month end close GL activities
• Sub ledger reconciliations
• Ensure SLA / month-end calendar timelines are achieved as per the process
• Weekly/daily calls on a regular basis
• Flexible to work in any shift & open to putting in extra hours when required
• Advance Excel knowledge would be added advantage like using Formulas, V-lookup, Pivot table, charts, Index, etc
• Good communication skills both written & oral, as this is client facing role
• Good research and problem solving techniques

Ability to understand business requirements and issues as well to prioritize assigned tasks.
