Assistant Manager - R&D

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - RD to support product development, quality improvement, and innovation for Beco s sustainable home-care products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support new product development and formulation activities.
• Conduct product testing, trials, and performance evaluation .
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and suppliers for product development.
• Conduct QC checks and product evaluations across different locations as required.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost optimization, and quality enhancement .
• Prepare and maintain RD documentation, specifications, test reports, and product records .
• Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, performance, and regulatory requirements .
• Support troubleshooting of product quality and formulation-related issues.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in RD/Product Development , preferably in FMCG, Home Care, Cleaning Products, or Consumer Products .
• Strong understanding of product testing, formulation, and quality parameters .
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across locations for product testing and QC activities.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
