What they need
Position Title : Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs
Department Regulatory Affairs
Reports To: Director Regulatory Affairs
Geographic Coverage : Central B - Multan
Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs (Grade-9) (Central B) will be responsible for end-to-end regulatory affairs management within the designated sub-region, including engagement with PTA Zonal Office, Law Enforcement Agencies (including Police, FIA/NCCIA, etc.) and local government administrations (including DHA and Cantonment Boards), as well as regulatory support to Sales, Franchise and Kiosk operations, along with coordinating with FAB regional offices for resolution of interference issues. This role is proposed as a split of the existing Central region, currently managed by a single Assistant Manager covering both Central A and Central B, to ensure adequate coverage, timely response, and consistent compliance across the full geographic and operational scope of the region.
Job Description:
- Time-critical, concurrent obligations: LEA escalations, PTA meetings/compliance requirements, QoS Survey/Complaints & court hearings frequently fall due in both sub-regions at the same time, and cannot be sequenced around a single resource's availability.
- Sales and kiosk impact: Kiosk activation, regularization, and approval requests have faced delays because the single AM's time is split across a wider geography than one resource can practically service.
- Franchise support gap: Support to franchises during police, LEA, or other government agency action (e.g., PERA inspections) requires immediate physical presence; a single AM cannot be on-site in both sub-regions when incidents occur simultaneously, creating commercial and reputational exposure.
- Relationship management: Regular, in-person liaison with PTA's regional office, local administration, and LEAs in both sub-regions cannot be sustained at the same quality level by one representative without one sub-region being under-served.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree
Experience :
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
