Assistant Manager Regulatory Compliance

NCCPL is Hiring – Assistant Manager – Regulatory Compliance Requisites Education: ACCA Affiliate or equivalent.

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Periodic Compliance Reviews: Assist in executing end-to-end periodic compliance evaluations and monitoring activities.
• Documentation & Evidence Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation, working papers, and supporting evidence to substantiate compliance review findings.
• Drafting & Reporting: Draft detailed observations and audit findings for assigned sections to be incorporated into official compliance reports.
• Review Checklist Preparation: Develop and refine standardized compliance checklists for review and approval by the Departmental Manager.
• Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on reported compliance observations and corrective action plans across concerned departments.
• Regulatory Tracking & Intelligence: Keep abreast of updates, amendments, and emerging trends in relevant statutory laws, rules, and regulatory frameworks.
• Non-Compliance Reporting: Promptly escalate and report identified instances of regulatory non-compliance to the DM/Manager with reference to applicable laws.
• Review Timelines: Ensure the timely execution and completion of scheduled compliance reviews on a quarterly basis.
• Additional Duties: Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or Compliance Department.
