Assistant Manager-Reservations

Organization- Hyatt Place Al Ula Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager-Reservations- to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role As the Assistant Manager – Reservations, you’ll support the management of reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth booking experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily reservation operations
• Monitor reservations and ensure booking details are accurate
• Support the reservations team and coordinate daily activities
• Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor room availability and reservation records
• Support the team in resolving booking issues and maintaining guest satisfaction

Qualifications Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role
• Good understanding of reservation procedures and hotel operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
