Assistant Manager Reservations

Jumeirah Capri Palace is hiring through Hosco in Anacapri.We are on the lookout for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager Reservations to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the summer season 2027. The main duties and responsibilities are: Ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives.Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.Motivate the reservations team to achieve high service levels and operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Conduct training for new colleagues and oversee the completion of all business training requirements, ensuring personal development plans are in place for all team members.Regularly assess team performance, provide coaching and feedback, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to KPIs and standards.The ideal candidates for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 6 - 8 years of experience as Reservations Manager or similar role in hospitalityDegree in Hotel Management from an accredited UniversityExcellent knowledge of PMS Systems (Advanced)Minimum 5 years of experience in reservations or revenue management, with managerial or assistant managerial experience in a luxury 5-star environmentProficient in Italian and fluent in English, a third language would be an added advantagePlease see the full vacancy for the benefits offered by Jumeirah Capri Palace.
