Job Summary

Sarasiruham Resort is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee daily resort operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day resort operations and coordinate with all departments.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in, check-out and overall guest satisfaction.
• Handle VIP guests, special requests, escalations and guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and reservations teams.
• Monitor service quality, operational efficiency and staff performance.
• Assist management with occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Train, guide and supervise front-office and guest service staff.
• Maintain operational reports, shift records and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and luxury hospitality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Experience: 4–6 years in hotel or resort operations, preferably in a luxury property.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling premium guests and coordinating multiple departments.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and front-office procedures.
• Professional presentation and a guest-first approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
