What they need
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our busy restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support staff during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help manage opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
- Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organized, and responsible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability
Compensation: $17–$20/hour, based on experience and performance.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
