Duties

Responsibilities include:
Managing daily front-of-house operations
Training, scheduling, and supervising staff
Maintaining high standards of hospitality and service
Managing reservations, guest relations, and special requests
Coordinating closely with the chef and kitchen team
Monitoring inventory, supplies, and operating costs
Ensuring compliance with NYC health and safety requirements

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
Fine-dining or upscale Japanese restaurant experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Japanese & English-language ability is required
