Duties

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Lead and motivate team members by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Supervise food production processes including cooking, food handling, and ensuring consistency across all menu items
• Support customer service efforts by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
• Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and assist with onboarding new team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and manage hospitality teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills for managerial communication and team coordination
• Basic math skills for inventory control, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and customer focus
• Experience with catering, banquet services, or casual dining is a plus; culinary or kitchen management experience highly valued

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
