Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling duties securely.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
• Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a skilled hospitality team.
• Monitor food safety practices and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within casual dining or quick service environments.
• Proficiency with POS systems; strong cash handling skills.
• Proven supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and food production processes.
• Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, and customer service interactions.
• Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service quality.
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in managing hospitality teams within diverse settings such as fine dining or catering environments is a plus.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
