Duties

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
• Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing development programs
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to uphold safety standards and quality control
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and manage food production to minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing customer service, and resolving guest concerns promptly

Requirements

• Bilingual. Speak and read fluently.
• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management
• Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is essential
• Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management, and food industry best practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate hospitality teams
• Strong communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer interactions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service
• Experience with catering, banquet services, or casual dining is a plus
