The Role
We're looking for a motivated, dependable leader to join our Kansas City management team as an Assistant Manager. You'll work closely with the General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, lead by example on the floor, and help build a team that delivers great food and great service every shift.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Supervise and motivate crew members during shifts
• Help with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members
• Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency standards are met
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities
• Assist with cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-shift reporting
• Step up and lead confidently when the GM is not on site

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in food service or retail management preferred
• Natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and late-night shifts
• Reliable, organized, and cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine team player who leads by example
