Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards
• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management to ensure high performance
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Supervise food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations
• Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between teams and optimal customer service levels
• Assist with budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and cost control initiatives to maximize restaurant profitability
• Support staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a skilled hospitality team

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
• Hands-on experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with team leadership responsibilities
• Knowledge of food safety management, kitchen operations, and food production standards
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage conflict resolution
• Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis for restaurant environments
• Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is preferred; catering or banquet experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service
