Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts.
• Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing staff development.
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards and food safety compliance are met consistently.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
• Control inventory levels through effective stock management, minimizing waste and optimizing food costs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support kitchen management by supervising food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, overseeing food safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and operational reporting to support business growth.
• Lead by example in food handling practices, culinary standards, and hospitality management to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Demonstrated managerial skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in the food industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling proficiency required.
• Experience in inventory control, food safety management, and maintaining health standards within a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for team management and staff training.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for order accuracy, budgeting, and profit analysis; culinary or hospitality management background preferred.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations related to food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns promptly.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
