Duties

• Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, food preparation oversight, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards
• Support staff training and development to foster a motivated, knowledgeable team committed to excellent service
• Oversee food quality control, ensuring menu items meet company standards and customer expectations
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
• Supervise shift activities, including supervising staff performance, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management
• Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry or hospitality management setting
• Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling experience essential
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage restaurant operations seamlessly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for order accuracy, financial analysis, and inventory management

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
